Standing on three bun feet and designed with a pierced metal verge, this item is a vintage silver plated display or presentation basket fitted with a swing handle which has a scroll design at the top matching the scalloped portion of the rim at either end of the basket.

The basket has vintage patina and requires polishing, plate loss has also occurred within the well, aside from which the basket is in very good usable condition.
