A beautiful solid and heavy silver plated butter dish with semi-domed lid and bun finial. The dish has got an extended rim with embossed grape vine leaf detail. The glass liner is of clear glass with a starburst pattern underneath the well and diamond shapes on the outer edge.
The dish is stamped underneath Seranco S P C (silver plate on copper).
Besides requiring a good polish, the dish is in very good condition.
