A beautiful set which consists of a jam spoon, sugar spoon and two-prong cheese / pickle fork in its original presentation box and each manufactured by EmEss and designed with the Jesmond handle pattern.
EmEss is believed to be trade name used by Ellis James, although I have been unable to confirm this. The brand does appear to have origins in both Canada and England.
The set comes in a presentation box decorated with a fern leaf chintz pattern and lined in deep burgundy velvet.
The items are handle-stamped Made in England EmEss Plate EPNS.
Although the items require polishing, it is in very good condition.
