Queen Anne was a brand name introduced in the late 1940s by Shore & Coggins where they produced bone china at their Edensor Works until 1966. The Queen Anne brand name then became part of the Ridgway Potteries group and was used by them for bone china through the 1980s.
This item is a lovely vintage white Queen Anne bone china tea trio beautifully decorated in gold medallions, gold dots, scalloped rims on the saucer and tea plate and luscious gold trim. The cup stands on a short pedestal base and has a c-scroll handle.
Stamped underneath Bone China Queen Anne Made in England. In addition the cup is stamped in gold 7934.
Gold loss has occurred due to use, but aside from this all the items are in good condition with no visible damages.
