Manufactured in a designer style, this item is an evening clutch purse with a gold metal frame and base portion. The purse is clad in a delicate metallic satin textile and the portion of the frame beneath the clasp is decorated in pierced c-scroll motifs while the clasp itself is lengthened and adorned with facet faux cut crystals. The purse is hinged at the base and has a black velvet inner with 2 open compartments, one on either side of a centre zippered compartment.
The purse is not marked, labelled or stamped.
Although the item has the pair of inner clips for a strap or chain, the strap or chain is not present. Some of the facet faux crystals have also been lost with age. Aside from the strap or chain and the missing faux crystals the purse is in very good usable condition.
