Although a variety of websites determine the date of the “Indian Tree” released by Johnson Bros. as being during the 1940’s, others contend that the release date was during the 1970’s. This tea cup is of a larger variety, decorated in the highly collectable and popular Indian Tree pattern. The pattern depicts a green Greek key border and centre as well as exotic hand painted floral motifs.
