The item is a hand painted biscuit / cake plate with gold trim around the rim as well as gold highlighting the handles and a band of gold on the verge of the plate. The hand painted vintage rose is simply exquisite.
The plate is stamped Kingsway Hand Painted.
There is very slight gold loss on the rim., aside from which this plate is in excellent condition.
