The item is a round, rustic ceramic bowl with a wide, globular, or pot-shaped body with a slightly narrowed top opening. The interior has an unglazed, textured clay finish in a light tan or terracotta shade.
The exterior has a base colour with a textured, light pinkish-tan matte finish covering the lower half. The main band is a decorative hand-painted band wrapped around the upper midsection with a repeating pattern of pinkish-red flowers with dark purple or black centres, accented by small green leaves. The bottom and top of the bowl is divided by a contrasting muted blue or greyish-green border lined with a small green zigzag pattern.
The signature is hand-incised directly into the unglazed clay base of the bowl. It features a handwritten name or word in cursive script, which appears to read "Dicky" or "Diky" (with a stylized heart shape hovering over the letter 'i'). Beneath the name, the year "1994" is clearly etched into the pottery. The engraving is faint and irregular, carved with a fine-pointed tool into the textured, tan ceramic surface before or after firing.
The bowl is in good vintage condition with no damages noted.
