This item is an open silver plated shell dish with removable frosted glass shell liner. The dish has a repousse rim and four repousse feet underneath. The dish was manufactured by William James & Myatt & Co., Birmingham using their Manco Plate trade name. The firm was established in 1895 but had its last registry in 1947.
The dish is impressed underneath, Manco Plate.
The dish has a few patina spots and will require a polishing. The frosted glass liner has one tiny chips on the rim.
