This item is a silver plated shell dish with removable frosted glass shell liner. The dish has a scalloped rim and three ball feet and an extended handle.
The dish is impressed on the extended handle EPNS.
The dish has a few patina spots and will require a polishing. The frosted glass liner has two tiny chips on the rim.
