The item is a graduating vintage round silver plated serving plate with an embossed floral design rim and linear etched handles manufactured under the Seranco trade name.
Impressed underneath the rim Seranco EPNS.
Aside from a few feint surface scratches and a few spots of vintage patina the plate is in good second hand condition.
