This item is a large vintage studio pottery platter crafted from reddish clay and beautifully glazed in deep hunter’s green and dark blue / black with a spiral patterning around the inside and dark blue / black glaze underneath. The item is a magnificent centrepiece display for other items.
The name Liebowitz is etched in the centre underneath. A second word is hard to determine.
