The jug has been manufactured in the Victorian style with ornately crafted scroll handle, fitted ice lip and fluted sides.
The jug is not visibly marked or stamped.
Although the jug stands upright on three of its ornate feet, it has unfortunately at some point had one of its four feet break midway. Besides this the jug also has lots of areas of plate loss which is revealing some of the copper underneath. The jug can still be used as a flower vase on a vintage table setting.
