This item is an antique silver plated salad serving fork manufactured by James Dixon & Sons, Sheffield with an art deco handle design, which after its discontinuation was also replicated by Oneida of USA.
Stamped Dixon followed by the bugle mark and RD number.
The fork requires a polish and has some patina spots and feint surface scratches due to use.
