Manufactured by W.H. Grindley & Co., Tunstall between 1936 and 1954, a reasonably large porcelain salad bowl decorated with silver trim along a scalloped rim and prominent orange linear deco patterning with black.
The bowl has been designed with a pair of handles along the rim, each with matching trim and embossed scroll motifs, which has also been used directly beneath the rim itself.

There are small parts of faded silver trim, aside from which the bowl is in very good condition.
